Check out "On Removing Our ‘Stones of Madness,’" by Judith Valente

"How can we use this sacred season to identify and address the 'disorders' in our own soul?" ~Judith Valente

Judith Valente, one of my favorite writers and retreat leaders (I wrote about her wonderfulness in 2020 - you can see it here), recently wrote a piece riffing on my earlier Extracting the Stones of Madness essay with her own, Removing The Stones of Madness.  As always, Judith goes deeper than everyone, and relates this metaphor directly to our lives and to this season.

Once I read her essay, I knew I wanted to post it here. Please take a moment to read it.

Also, I HIGHLY recommend that you check out her essays on Medium, which are published every Sunday.
