Graduation

Michael Kroth • May 14, 2020

Congratulations to our graduates (and to all graduates...)

We were asked if we (University of Idaho, College of Education, Health and Human Sciences faculty), would like to share our congratulations to our graduating students (see everyone's responses here). It was a cool exercise. Commencement is perhaps my favorite activity of the year, because it celebrates success and achievement, lifts up dreams and possibility, and is ritual which honors what we in higher education are called to do.  So I was saddened when we could not celebrate together as a community.

We can celebrate anyway, just not physically together in the same place.  Anyway, I was glad to have the opportunity to put my (two minutes or less) congratulations in as well.
