Mental Health Mondays at The Cathedral of the Rockies

The purpose of Mental Health Mondays at the Cathedral of the Rockies is to give people tools during these challenging times.  We were so grateful to be asked to share some of our research here, and particularly research that Ali and Katie are working on as doctoral students in our program.
