Sky and Water

Seemed like a nice Spring painting

It is a beautiful spring morning here in Boise today. A perfect time to share this month's artistry by Antonia (TJ) Cardella.

You can learn more about TJ on our Profound Pictures Contributor's tab. She is a regular contributor to this series, where the artist/photographer selects a photo or work of art they have created and consider to be profound. Then the contributor describes why, or simply lets the image speak for itself, as she has done here.

I love TJ's work. It is original. It is completely from her. The art she produces is totally out of her imagination, combined with innate talent and developed skill. These are all de profundis - out of the depths of who she is.

“The poor in spirit are by no means poor-spirited. They are persons who see so much to be, so much to do, such limitless reaches to life and goodness that they are profoundly conscious of their insufficiency and incompleteness.” ~Rufus Jones, The Inner Life , p. 19
